To coordinate the tasks and work of all those involved, BSL relies on a project coordinator who monitors the work progress from the commercial stage through to customer start-up.

The contact person chosen is familiar with the customer and makes sure that deadlines are kept and that the services provided meet expectations.

Ensuring that the project he or she is in charge of is run effectively, the project coordinator is the customer’s main point of contact.
